By accessing and using our website or purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which constitute a binding agreement between you (hereafter referred to as “the Customer” or “you”) and Numb Society (hereafter “we,” “our,” or “Numb Society”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Numb Society reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version available on our website at the time of your order applies to that transaction.

Eligibility to Place an Order

To place an order with Numb Society, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid payment information. Orders can only be placed through our official website. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Product Information and Availability

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, the availability of items is subject to change, and Numb Society cannot guarantee that an item listed will always be in stock. In the event of an out-of-stock item after an order has been placed, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Appearance
The product images presented on our desktop and mobile website serve purely illustrative purposes. While we have made diligent efforts to portray the colours accurately, we cannot ensure that your screen's display will perfectly replicate the product colours. Consequently, there may be slight variations in the colour of your products compared to the images.

Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract between Numb Society and you is only established when you receive a dispatch confirmation email for the ordered items.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and added to the total at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Numb Society reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, in which case you will be contacted with the correct information and given the option to proceed or cancel.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other options listed on the checkout page. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at numbsocietybusiness@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at numbsocietybusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and will be issued to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please send us a written notice to numbsocietybusiness@gmail.com. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, and available shipping options are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary, especially during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Defective Products

At Numb Society, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All items undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, including a detailed description of the issue. We will be happy to offer you a free replacement with the same item or a full refund. Refunds, if chosen, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.

Please note that this policy applies only to items with defects that are not caused by misuse or general wear and tear. We will not accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper use. The determination of improper use will be at the discretion of Numb Society and will be judged reasonably.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Numb Society website—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads—is the property of Numb Society and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Customers may use content on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. In case of any dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution in the Dutch courts. However, EU-based consumers may also pursue claims in the courts of their country of residence.
