Deliveries within the Netherlands

We estimate delivery times for orders within the Netherlands to be between 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,95, with free shipping available on orders over €75. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

Deliviries within the European Union

We estimate delivery times for EU orders to be between 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs within the EU are €12,95, but we offer free shipping on orders over €75. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking number, allowing you to track your order’s progress.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a delivery is declined for any reason or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered.

Delivery Date Estimates

During holiday and sale periods, due to the elevated order volume, the delivery window may extend to 5-12 days.
