How can I track my order?

We aim to minimize plastic use in our packaging. All products are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, and orders are shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly cardboard boxes. We take pride in ensuring that your order arrives both beautifully presented and with respect for the environment.
Do you accepts returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packed well to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Include Order Number: Please include your order number inside the package to help us process your return quickly.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in the same condition as sold to you, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please note that we only accept items that are in their original condition. This means the product(s) should be undamaged, unaltered, free of any marks, and unused except for trying on. Additionally, all labels and tags should remain attached, and, if possible, items should be returned in the original packaging. Items returned as defective and showing signs of damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted. This includes accidental handling, improper use, or issues during shipping.
